Natures Aid Menopause Support Formula contains 39 carefully selected ingredients to provide support before, during and after the menopause. Including vitamin B6 to contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones. Niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to a normal energy yielding metabolism, Vitamin B5 and B12 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Zinc supports normal cognitive function, and helps maintain normal hair, skin and nails.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
