Udo’s CHoice Ultimate Oil Blend is an organic blend of unrefined seed oils. This vital source of Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids is a perfected blend of flax, sesame and sunflower seed oils as well as oils from evening primrose, rice germ, oat germ and coconut.
It was formulated by Dr. Udo Erasmus, a leading expert on essential fatty acids. He created this formulation a 2:1:1 ratio of Omega 3, 6 & 9, the ideal balance for today’s low fat and Omega 3 deficient diets, providing all the good fats needed, without any of the bad fats that should be avoided.
The blend of oils have been shown to lower high cholesterol levels, help people with irritable problems, eczema, psoriasis, menopause, asthma, allergies, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis
