Bilberry and Eyebright are good eye protectors for congestion, stinging, sensitivity to light etc.
Viridian Bilberry and Eyebright is a combination of bilberry fruit, with bilberry extract together with eyebright. The standardised bilberry extract in this supplement is standardised to 25% anthocyanosides.
Both Bilberry and Eyebright help improve oxygenation of the eye and protect it against free radical damage. It is also a great tonic for the circulatory system.
As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
