Quest Evening primrose oil is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) an essential omega 6 fatty acid. GLA supports hormonal balance during a woman’s monthly cycle. Therefore helping reduce PMS symptoms.
GLA is also involved in normal body inflammatory responses, normal blood coagulation processes and general skin health. Especially indicated in the symptomatic relief of atopic dermatitis.
Directions for use
Take one to three capsules daily with food. Swallow with water.
Evening Primrose Oil (providing 10% GLA), Capsule Shell (gelatin (from bovine), glycerin), Vitamin E (from soya).
