Along with the benefits of Omega-3s, Complete Omega has the added benefits of another essential fat, GLA (gamma linolenic acid) for added support for healthy skin and joints. Complete Omega is a non-concentrated, naturally balanced formula that blends omega-3 EPA+DHA from cold-water fish with GLA and oleic acid (omega-9) from cold-pressed borage seed oil. Borage oil, a traditional herbal remedy, is also said to promote mood health. The fish oil in each softgel is in the triglyceride molecular form—the form naturally found in fish, and the form your body most easily absorbs. It comes exclusively from 100% wild-caught sardines and anchovies. The Vitamin D3 (or cholecalciferol) included is the natural form of vitamin D produced by the body, and is better absorbed and utilized than other forms.
