Health Reach Bone Broth contains the bone friendly nutrients Vitamins C, D and K alone with the highest quality hydrolysed collagen. Hydrolysed collagen is a form of collagen that has been broken down into smaller particles resulting in a pure powder that is highly bioavailable, meaning that it can be easily absorbed in the body. Collagen is one of the major building blocks of bones, skin,muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage and vitamins D & K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Health Reach Bone Broth also contains MSM, an organic sulphur compound found in many plants and animals, glucosamine – a compound found with cartilage of our joints, and chondroitin – a component of human connective tissues found in cartilage and bone.

Directions for use

Mix one scoop (scoop provided) with 100ml water and stir to dissolve. Alternatively, mix with yogurt, juice, a smoothie or even sprinkle over our breakfast cereal.
