Made from organic virgin coconut oil and preserved in an amber glass bottle, pure MCT oil is rapidly absorbed by the body. MCT oil can be used as an alternative to
cooking with fats and oil. It’s most effective when used at medium temperature (under 320°F/ 160°C).
