Directions for use

Chew the tablets or swallow them with water. We recommend taking up to 2 per day for children from 5 years, and up to 4 tablets per day for adults, preferably between meals.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and preferably at temperatures below 25°C. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under the age of three years old. Do not take during pregnancy. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
