1.) Place 3 cups of water or stock into a pot on light heat and bring to the boil.
2.) Stir in 1 cup of Organic Wild Rice.
3.) Cover with tight -fitting lid and place on low heat for 40-45 minutes.
4.) Let it stand for 5 minutes.
