Living Nutrition Tranquillity is a practitioner-formulated, bioactive combination of herbs to support your inner peace. With Lavender, Lemon Balm and Ashwagandha.

Ancient cultures used the sacred art of fermentation to transform herbs into more vibrant and powerful forms. Living Nutrition use a specially crafted kefir-kombucha hybrid to activate the nutrition and potency of their herbs whilst maintaining their natural vitality and synergy.

Active compounds:
The primary active constituents in lavender include linalool, linalyl acetate, terpinen-4-ol, and camphor. Ashwagandha’s biologically active components include alkaloids, saponins and withanolides. In common with other herbs such as rosemary, lemon balm is rich in the phenol rosmarinic acid, as well as citral, linalool, geraniol and beta-carophyllene, which have antispasmodic and carminative properties.
