Irish  Health Oils Hemp Oil is made in Ireland, using the same hand pressed methods
as our Flax Seed Oil. Hemp oil is a blend of Omega 3 and 6 that mimics
natural body fats. This natural blend means that Hemp oil is suitable for all
ages and is suitable to be taken every day as part of a healthy diet.

Hemp oil contains GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid), which is a super Omega oil found in
higher brain function and complex body chemistry.

How to use:

Adult dose: 10ml daily

Not recommended for children.

Not recommended for Pregnant women.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within
six weeks
