If you wish to return a product, please contact us at sales@newharmony.ie within 10 working days of receiving your order, giving the reason for return.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered.  Please include your order number and reason for the cancellation.  If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the items, then you must return the products to us, securely wrapped and parcelled to New Harmony, High Street, Tuam, Co. Galway.  Please note the products should be returned in good condition and unopened.  It is advised to use a recorded delivery service.  Where the product containers have been opened, or the products used, you can no longer cancel your order.  Your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

We will arrange to refund the purchase price to the payment card used for the purchase once the goods are returned.  We will refund postage costs in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason.  Nothing under these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
